These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Stock Software Ltd and the User / Visitor / Customer / Client / Advertiser / Contributor, in respect of access to and the supply of services, content, logo's, words, pictures, material and other intellectual property to Stock Software Ltd websites. The use and access to our websites is subject to these terms and conditions. By using, viewing, advertising on, or submitting content or information to any of our websites you demonstrate by action that you have read and accepted these terms. General - In this document "SSL" shall mean Stock Software Ltd, who hold the copyright, intellectual property rights, and are the owners of the websites including those in the EscapeandExplore.co.uk website group as registered with www.nominet.org.uk or other bodies / organisations. The "user" or "visitor" or "Owner" shall mean the individual who is accessing the site. The Disclaimer page is part of our terms and conditions. SSL Do not offer or make any guarantees about any of our products / websites whatsoever. They are produced and published on an "as is" basis using third party services, servers and technologies. SSL have historically managed to keep ALL of their websites "LIVE" and "AVAILABLE" at least 98% of the time since we launched them, we do occasionally have down time but this is generally resolved within a few hours. Because availability and access is often outside of our control we cannot make current or future claims in respect of availability, functionality or responsiveness. We do not offer any guarantees or warranties in respect of service levels whatsoever. This enables us to provide practical inexpensive services and solutions without the need for complex contractual agreements. Service Level Agreement - SSL do not offer a service level agreement. Our charges and fees are to low to offer any guarantees with respect to service levels. Intellectual Property and copyright - All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of SSL and protected by UK and international copyright laws. Exceptions to the copyright and intellectual property rights are detailed adjacent to or close by the image, text or article or on the acknowledgments page. Acknowledgments Access - You are permitted to view, print and download extracts from our websites for your own personal use only. You may not publish, reproduce, transmit or store any part of the site or its contents nor may you disseminate them in any form nor include them in any retrieval system (whether public or private).  The use and access to the site is personal to the user / visitor.  You shall not permit anyone else to obtain access to the site nor may you do anything which would or might allow any person other than you to have access to all or any part of the site and/or any part of the information contained on it.  The content and software on this site may be used as a personal (but not commercial) reference resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. Your license to use the site is limited accordingly. If you breach this term SSL may forthwith cancel your right to access the site. Duration - Your right of access to the site is for an indefinite term, and subject to the provisions for termination contained in these terms. Either SSL or you may terminate these arrangements at any time by notice served on the other. Data Protection Act - SSL may, unless you notify SSL in writing that you do not wish this, send you information and offers for products and services. The site has a genuine removal facility for users that wish to be removed from our site although we will retain some information in our database so that you are NOT automatically re-added at a later date. Our sites regularly have entries added to them from other sources, so we need to record that you do not want to be re-listed.  SPAM - This site does not send out spam (unsolicited email) to users or visitors. Continuation of Service - SSL shall not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in obtaining access to the site, whatever the cause. Variations to the terms and conditions - SSL reserves the right to add to, or amend all or any part of these terms by placing details on the site. You shall be responsible for referring to those details on accessing the service. The alterations will be effective twenty four hours after first being placed on the site.  If you are not prepared to accept those changes you must serve notice to SSL to that effect (thus terminating your registration) forthwith; continuing to access the site as opposed to serving such notice after that time will constitute your acceptance of any such alterations. Notices - Notices shall be served by either party by email to the email address notified by the other party from time to time. Notices will be deemed to have been served one hour after transmission. Law and Jurisdiction - These terms shall be governed by English law and SSL and the user submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Commercial Partners - All commercial partners on the site are independent traders and are not connected in any way with SSL. Consequently any contracts that are placed via any network site are placed directly with the relevant trader and not with or in any way involving SSL. Payments are made direct to the trader and the trader is responsible for responding to and for all aspects of fulfilment of all orders. Please note that orders placed with traders constitute offers and do not form binding commitments on the trader until they are accepted (either expressly or by conduct). SSL shall have no liability arising from any dealings between you and any trader / partner / advertiser. Reviews and Comment - SSL enables visitors to its site to post reviews, comments, and other content to the site. If you post reviews, comments, or other content on the site, you grant SSL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews, comments, or other content throughout the world in any media. You also grant SSL the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other content by SSL will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. Linked Sites - SSL is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing or inclusion on our websites shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these links will work. Orders - If you place an order using one of the forms on this site, you will be asked to confirm the order by clicking OK or given the opportunity to decline the order by pressing cancel. Phone or Fax or email orders will be considered legally binding. All orders placed are legal commitments and must therefore be honoured. If you wish to cancel an order, then a cancellation fee will apply. The Cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the product ordered. It is NOT acceptable to place an order and then refuse to pay for it. It wastes our time and our limited valuable resources, thus we will insist on a cancellation fee. Some of the services we offer are Free (i.e without charge or fee). These will be maintained as long as possible / practical. If we have to change the services, discontinue them, or charge for them, we will post an announcement on the what's new section of the site. We will email those establishments effected by the changes.
