Sherborne Castle Country Fair
The Sherborne Castle Country Fair presents a rich and fun programme of events, country activities, stands and entertainment including one of the largest Rare Breeds shows in the country. For one day every summer, one of the country's finest settings is transformed into the most interesting day out in the show calendar. The day is packed with fun activities and displays: from Dog Shows and Agility Dog displays to Dragon Boat Racing, arena displays to heavy horses, there really is something to suit everyone. There are many trade and boutique style stands to visit, including our beautiful Crafts Courtyard and our ever popular Food Hall which features local gourmet products.

Tropiquaria Animal and Adventure Park is a great day out for adults and children of all ages. Hold a snake or creepy crawly in the Tropical Hall, visit the amazing puppet show and the strange fish in the aquarium. For a nostalgic experience see the Radio Museum. Outside play for hours on the full-size pirate ships or in the Indoor Play Castle, and don't forget the animals all around our grounds. Hours of fun, rain or shine! Tropiquaria has a fine collection of rare and beautiful animals from around the world. We are active in conservation work, and have great plans for the future.
